Medical Office Systems Medical Office Systems Warren, AR Warren, AR Full-time Full-time $13 - $15 an hour $13 - $15 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago DUTIES - Organize and maintain medical records in a healthcare setting - Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information - Retrieve and file medical records as needed - Create and update patient files in electronic health record systems - Process requests for medical records from healthcare providers, patients, and other authorized individuals - Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information - Assist with coding and indexing medical records for billing and reimbursement purposes - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper documentation and record keeping REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with medical records or in a medical office setting preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with electronic health record systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Proficient computer skills, including data entry and record management Note:
